Regional HOJ Meeting to be held on October 31, 2020

Heroines and Knights,

Due to the circumstances we are all living through and the information you have been previously sent, you are certainly aware that the in-person Regional Meetings were all cancelled.  This communication is also being sent to potential program participants. Please advise if you will be unavailable so that the agenda may be completed?

I have planned a statewide meeting for all Regions on Halloween, October 31, 2020 starting at 9:00 AM.   Your dedicated assistance is expected to make it successful.   The time for the meeting will be approximately the same as it would be for a normal Regional, so members are asked to set aside approximately three (3) total hours to fully participate.

Earlier, in a letter that was sent to courts and posted on our web page, I asked each court to make sure they had contact information for each member so that they would be able to participate in the Regional meeting when the information was provided.  You may notify the MAM’s of your courts through the method you have been using since March.

All Secretaries will receive the meeting information and any hand-outs to distribute to their members by email (or by postal service mail) so they may be prepared to participate.   Members may participate by telephone (audio only); or they may participate on their computer or phone in person in the conference.

All participants (Heroines and Knights) must register.   Registration will require participants to indicate your Region, Court, local office held, home address, telephone, date of birth and email address.

The Grand Joshua is expecting all Knights, local Court Directors and Joshua’s to register and attend the Regional, if they wish to continue in their positions.

Each Regional Director or an appointee for your region is asked to carry out a short-given agenda in the regional.  There will be greetings; Deputy and court roll calls; roll call for Covid-19 related deaths; demonstration of all signs; and timed Q&A training poll in areas of the Ritual or our Constitution. In addition, there will be games; prizes (personal & court); snack breaks and lots of fun.

Thank you for your participation and response.
